For parts or repair! Lenovo ThinkPad P51 i7-7820HQ 2.9GHz 20GB or 4GB RAM No HDD
Here are my observations, hope this will help. There is only 4GB of RAM inside. BIOS shows 20GB. I tried to install Windows. Inserted M.2 SSD (I am unsure if it had a caddy as the hard drive itself was just on the middle not supported by anything), the computer recognised it. When I tried to boot from USB nothing happened. I pressed to boot from the USB that I can see, it went to black screen and then again the same menu “where to boot from” appeared. It tried numerous times with no success. So here I gave up. I hope the buyer will know how to fix the problem. Also, it shows it has been equipped with Computrace. Please see photos. Sold as is. No returns/ no refunds will be accepted on this one. #978
